Superwomen of Colour — celebrating the women of colour shaping competition, consumer, digital and regulation

Flagship programme

Our 18-month programme.

Our mission is to inspire, amplify and shine — together, unapologetically. Over an ambitious 18-month programme running from January 2026 to June 2027, we will:

  • Create a community through which WOC can access support, connection and be inspired.
  • Build credible platforms to amplify WOC so they can be recognised at senior levels and excel in their careers.

Why

The gap we're closing.

  • 01

WOC are systematically under-visible at senior levels — there is a need for more role models.

  • 02

WOC face multi-layered challenges that can affect career progression — and benefit from a dedicated space to access support.

  • 03

WOC typically undervalue and undersell themselves: a strong narrative on our strengths — our superpowers — is needed to inspire the next generation.
