A community born from a question: who's amplifying us?
Superwomen of Colour was founded in 2023 as a non-profit organisation with a clear purpose: to inspire and amplify Women of Colour working in Competition, Consumer, Digital, and Regulation — the CCDR space.
CCDR is shaping the rules of modern markets, the digital economy, and the consumer experience. WOC are doing extraordinary work in this field, but too often without the visibility, networks, and sponsorship that propel careers forward.
We exist to change that — through the power of community. We create spaces where members can connect, share lived experiences, learn from peers, and grow together. And we shine a light on the brilliance our members bring to the field every day.
Why community matters
When we gather, we accelerate. Information moves faster, opportunities surface, and a generation of leaders sees themselves reflected. Community isn't a soft benefit — it's the infrastructure that turns talent into impact.
